Spyder needed a more robust e-commerce platform that could better support product storytelling while driving online sales.
I led the design and overall experience strategy, focusing on elevating product pages into more interactive, content-rich environments. The goal was to communicate the technical innovation behind each product while reducing friction in the purchase journey.
This included developing dynamic product experiences, visual sizing tools, and modular content systems that highlighted performance features in a more engaging way. The work extended beyond the site into a series of integrated email campaigns designed to reinforce the brand and drive traffic back into the platform.
This resulted in a more cohesive and immersive digital platform that connected product, content, and commerce while supporting both brand storytelling and conversion.
