Pampers “Pure Collection” Launch

Creative Direction, UX/UI, E-commerce Experience

Pampers set out to launch the Pure Collection as a premium, design-forward product line in a highly competitive category. The challenge was to elevate the perception of the product while clearly communicating its “free-from” benefits in a way that felt both credible and aspirational.

I led the design of the digital experience for the Pampers Pure brand store on Amazon, pushing beyond standard platform constraints to create a more customized, visually elevated environment. The focus was on simplifying complex product messaging while creating a calm, premium aesthetic that aligned with the brand.

The experience centered around the “0%” narrative, highlighting the absence of unwanted ingredients such as chlorine bleaching, fragrance, parabens, and latex, while reinforcing the promise of trusted protection. Clean layouts, soft visual systems, and focused content blocks helped guide users through key product benefits without overwhelming the experience.

We also introduced enhanced content and interactive elements to improve product discoverability and support conversion within the Amazon ecosystem.

The result was a differentiated, premium brand experience that stood out within a constrained retail environment while effectively balancing storytelling and performance.
